My treatment focus incorporates traditional psychotherapy training with Yoga and Ayurveda philosophies. I work to combine these Eastern and Western approaches to embody somatic therapy into one’s healing process. This may include asana yoga, better known as yoga poses, breathwork (pranayama) and other yoga theory. Ayurvedic concepts help to facilitate an understanding of one’s thought process and behavior while psychotherapy works to integrate our sense of oneness in yourself and connectedness in your relationships.
